Gin has become huge everywhere. With the recent launch of the parma violet gin hitting the scene, the gin market has become bigger than ever and brands are now bringing out all sorts of weird and wonderful flavours for gin lovers to try.

Inspired by the trend for regional, craft and infused speciality gins, M&S has took this one step further and will be launching a duo of British Rose and British Lavender infused gins, which both change colour when you add tonic.

Because of its amazing colour-changing properties, the British rose infused gin will change from pale gold to vibrant pink, meanwhile, the British lavender dry gin changes from purple to pink when you add tonic to it.

“The gins are 100% naturally distilled and infused using florals and other botanicals and are free of chemicals, sugars, fruit extracts or flavour compounds,” a spokesperson for M&S said.

Both gins cost £25 for 50cl and launch later this month, We don’t know about you but we can’t wait to try them!
